Interact with the Red-Spotted Gold Severum Cichlid, as this species will sometimes accept food directly from your hand. With a beautiful base color of gold, this fish features red speckles throughout. To keep this South American fish happy, keep them in a lightly planted, 20-gallon (or larger) tank. The larger the tank, the larger the fish will be able to grow. Keep this fish with other semi-aggressive fish, as they can show some aggressive around breeding time. Keep these fish in groups of at least 3 or more.
