Please note that you will get an email from our shipping carrier (UPS) when your order ships according to the above schedule. No email from us? Then you won't get your order this week. It may be slightly delayed (usually 1 week) due to stock not being quite ready to ship. We try hard to make sure that your order will get filled according to the above schedule, but remember we don't manufacture plastic fish, plants or shrimp, they must be grown and there can be a wait. Please also check your shopping cart order to see that you correctly input your email address. Check your "deleted files" folder in case our email wasn't zapped by your spam filter.
We ship live-good orders typically overnight or 2-day servicey. We ship heavier or non-perishable items via Ground. We only ship on Tues, Wed, Thurs. We do not ship on Mondays or Fridays and we do not offer weekend deliveries.
Holidays that land on our regular shipping day:
In the event a National Holiday lands on our regular shipping day, orders usually ship the day before or the day following the holiday or may be skipped to ship the following week. Please be understanding that holiday shipping issues are not in our control. Our company recognizes 3 National Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day only. If UPS is not shipping, neither are we.

The flat rates listed below are for NON-COMMERCIAL SHIPMENTS ONLY! Commercial or business orders will be shipped as UPS current rates or you may use your own UPS account.
