you placed your order by Monday, 7PM MST, your order will ship
out according to the schedule below:

Please
note that you will get an email if your order ships according
to the above schedule. No email from us? Then you won't get your
order that week. It may be slightly delayed (usually 1 week)
due to stock not being quite ready to ship. We try hard to
make sure that your order will get filled according to the above
schedule, but remember we don't manufacture fish, plants or shrimp,
they must be grown and there can be a wait. Please also check
your shopping cart order to see that you correctly input your
email address. Also check your "deleted files" folder that
our email wasn't zapped by your spam filter!
Arrival
Day:
We
ship live-good orders overnight, unless you request otherwise.
If you chose slower shipping (i.e. 2-Day or 3-Day Svc.) for your
live plant order only, you should have delivery by the following
Monday/Tuesday). Also, if you requested Saturday delivery
service, the same schedule above applies except we will ship your
order Friday night.
Holidays that land on our regular shipping day:
In the event a National Holiday lands on our regular shipping
day, orders will ship the following day. For example, if
Thanksgiving lands on a Thursday, then we will ship out all of
our orders on Friday for Saturday Delivery. Our company
recognizes 3 National Holidays only: Thanksgiving,
Christmas, and New Year's Day only. If FedEx is not
shipping, neither are we.
