Freshwater Aquarium Salt is the ideal to use on all freshwater shrimp and fish, especially live bearing fish like Mollies, Platys, Guppies, and Brackish- water fish like puffers, scats, sharkcats, pictus cats, and parrotfish.

This salt does not contain harmful trace elements that are found in ordinary salt. Use 1 teaspoon for every 5 gallons of aquarium water. We sell a larger box of salt if needed, see below.
