Zeigler Brothers Algae Discs is a complete and well balanced, sinking diet for aquatic herbivores such as Plecos, Shrimp and Algae-Eaters.  The highly digestible ingredients come from an array of plant sources plus several marine products to increase palatability, digestibility and coloration.  Wheat Germ, high levels of stable Vitamin C, and Brewers Yeast are included to promote healthy gill, fin and tissue development.  Plus this diet has been formulated to reduce waste and increase water clarity.  Zeigler Algae Discs can be fed solely 2-3 times daily, without supplementation, to healthy animals.  Feed an amount that can be consumed by the intended animals in 10-15 minutes.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

We use simple, no-frills, yet practical, wide mouth packaging containers.  So instead of paying for expensive color labels and clear plastic containers, we are offering large plastic jars made of eco-friendly, recycled plastic filled full of some of Zeigler Brothers most popular foods.

Trials have demonstrated that embryo production can be increased significantly in Zebrafish fed the Zeigler Diet.
