Agassizi Cory Catfish
Corydoras agassizii
a.k.a. Agassiz's Cory, Agassiz Corydoras, Agassiz Cory This South American Catfish may grow to a max size of 2.5 inches and live about 5 years. It is native to South American Rivers and should be in tanks from 10 gallons and up. Like all corys, it should be kept in a school or colony as it will do better in groups than as a solitary animal. Corydoras agassizii are very sociable and playful. They will feed from the waste food on the bottom of the tank, helping to combat tank pollution, but diet should not consist entirely of leftover food. NLS-H20 Stable wafers are an excellent food choice for these bottom dwellers. This cory will swim all over the tank, not just on the bottom. Ideal community fish that is easy for any hobbyist. Ships well. Corydoras agassizii
