a.k.a.  Spotted Gold Thai Cat, Günther’s Catfish, Solar Catfish, Eclipse Catfish, Bullseye Catfish

A small catfish native to India, but commonly bred in Thailand

Commonly called Sun Catfish

This catfish is very easy to care for, and will eat just about any food type offered, flake, pellet, blood worms, and any small fish that they can fit into their mouth.

We ship these fish small about 1.5 inches and have grown them to about 4 inches in small pools.  It is documented that they can reach 18" in the wild.

They should live about 10 years in captivity, more in am outdoor pool.

Best temp for them is about 70 to 85 degrees.
