If you have been looking for a perfect plant for your table top fountain, or Betta Bowl, here's a great plant idea. This is an oriental aquatic bamboo that is native to Southeast Asia. They are simple to grow, can grow in a dark room with little light, and they're hard to kill. One thing though, the roots must never dry out. They grow well in a small puddle of water, but NO direct sunlight.
Lucky Bamboo, symbolizes strength, lasting friendship and blessings of happiness. It's hollow stem is a metaphor for open-mindedness and integrity, bowing before the storm but rising again unbroken. Tie them together in bundles of three for positive thoughts, words, and deeds for all that be.
