Nerite SNAILS are the greatest. I ordered some Olive nerite snails from azgardens about 10 days ago. They arrived healthy and within a few days my tank looks perfect now. I spoke to a rep at your nursery that told me the snails were great, but seriously they are more than great. They are gonna make me lazy! I don’t need my scraper anymore. Maybe I’ll use it in the shower now. Hey, maybe I can use my nerites to clean our shower tiles out? Just kidding. The tank looks CRYSTAL and I couldn’t be happier. I just wanted to give a proper thank you to Peter and the crew at AAG. My initial order got delayed and arrived DOA. I called on Monday and before you guys even opened Peter was kind enough to pick up. I explained my situation that all the plants were dead from being in a box for almost 5 days (UPS Delay. not your fault) Peter said we will file a claim with the shipper, and we will have your full order at your door Friday morning. Amazing, the plants came in AWESOME! These days you do not find customer service like that. Most companies would have said we did our part, too bad. Thank you for being so generous by waiving the charges on the 10 clams, water lettuce, and other plants. ALL the clam survived, and are a ball to watch. They spend quite a bit of time poking out of their shells feeding and moving themselves.

ordering live fish/shrimp. Unfortunately 3 of the Red Cherry Shrimp were DOA. I lost one of the 3 remaining Red Cherry Shrimp to our male betta this morning. He's been
moved to the other tank. I think he may have eaten one of the Amano
Shrimp we got a month or two ago as well. The person at the pet store
didn't think he would eat the shrimp.I'll be ordering again soon to replace them and add some other stuff to my tank. This algae squad has already made a nice difference in the tank. The
algae on the glass is all gone this morning. Everyone else seems to be
chomping away on the rocks.
I wanted to ask one thing, we wanted the Red Cherry Shrimp so we could
see them, the Amano's are basically invisible (though I can't find any
of them today Red or Amano). Now that the betta is out of the tank am I
likely to see more of the shrimp ? Is there anything I can do to make
the them be out more, cleaning the plants in front ? My micro sword is
pretty furry. The other non algae squad members of the tank are 9 neon
tetras.
PS This morning I found 3 sets of eggs around tank. We've never had
eggs before, this should be interesting.

Hey Guys and Gals! Thanks for the "Squad!" They have already gone to town on my tank and are doing a great job at cleaning it. Unfortunately I had a few casualties in transport. I lost two of the SAE and a few (three?) cherry shrimp. I don't want my money back, but I would like the fish and shrimp please.

Received my order "AlgaeSquad60" this morning. Very, very nice stock. Had one DOA, a single amano shrimp. Hardly anything to be concerned about. A couple of the otos were rather tangled in the strings from the enclosed fabric, but so far they don't seem any worse for the wear. Overall I am very pleased.

The clams went to work within minutes. This tells me they are very healthy.
Your plants are the highest quality I have ever recieved. Obviously well chosen and well tended.
Your thoughtful inclusion of the time release plant food was totaly unexpected. As a mater of fact I had never considered this methos of feeding my aquatic plants. I have done the age old bi-weekly liquid method. I am going to give it a shot if all goes well this will be my preferred method.
Your Rams Horn snails are beautiful. I recieved a variety of sizes and color patterns, most were off and moving in the first couple of hours.
Just a note about the pond snails. I recieved a couple with my plants. I am not complaining. My Blue Lobster LOVE them. On future orders of plants can I request pond snails? Thanks!PWC

plants, snail, clams, shrimp and fish all of which has been top grade
products, I have had all my plants take off and grow very well my Vals
are reproducing and so are the Java Ferns. I have a Cichlid tank and the
fish are top notch, while FED EX messed up my first order of fish and
delivered in two days instead of overnight you credited my account and
the second order arrived on time will all the fish alive and now its
been a week and I have no casualties, OUTSTANDING....I'm currently
building an 8' x 16' x 3' deep Koi pond in my back yard and will be
purchasing all my Koi and Snails from you, I wont purchase any fish from

heating, laterite, homemade C02. The aponogeton hammer leaf bulb sprouted
within a day; three weeks later it has 12" leaves -- and similar growth
for the Valisneria, Rotala rotundifolia, and foxtail.

As a new customer I thought you might like a report regarding my order and
experience. Firstly, the plants you sent are absolutely gorgeous and top notch. I have
had good luck with the shrimp as well (8/8 survivors for the red-nosed shrimp
and 11/12 survivors for the cherry shrimp). I really have to hunt for the shrimp though (moving a rock) to find them do they get less shy? When I do, they are so vibrant in color.
Lastly, my luck ran out for the Featherfin rainbow fish (2 DOE, one died after
a few days and the last little guy doesn't look happy). I don't have any
aggressive fish but the 75 gallon tank seems a bit overwhelming for such tiny
fish. Overall, a very positive experience and I'll be back in the future. I see
now why your website says 50 shrimps in a 50 gallon tank is no problem.

Hello. I received my 8 bluefin killies today. New York is absolutely frigid now (it was below 0 last night; windchill made it feel 25 degrees below 0!). All eight survived the trip and seem to be doing great. These fish are absolutely amazing!! Unfortunately, all 3 Ninja shrimp came DOA. I ordered a grand total of 18 pygmy cories, 3 Gardneri killies, 8 Bluefins, 2 cherry shrimp, and 2 Rudolph red-nosed shrimp, as well as plants. The losses were extremely light, especially given the severity of a NY winter. The DOA count is 1 cory, 1 Gardneri, 1 Rudolph shrimp, and the 3 Ninjas. The surviving Rudolph and another (1) cory arrived alive but not well...they perished the same day. I spoke to a rep on the phone. I wish I could remember his name to compliment him, as he was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and continued to boost my already high opinion of your company. Can I get replacements for DOAs or AAG credit? How does that work? If you are in a position to replace/give credit, I understand if you do not wish to include the second dead cory and second Rudolph shrimp, as they did technically arrive living, and perhaps they would have survived in someone else's tank. The 1 cory, 1 Gardneri, 1 Rudolph and 3 Ninjas arrived dead. I am VERY happy with AAG. I am very impressed with the survival rate (I don't blame AAG for the deaths of tiny, delicate shrimp that happened to have the bad luck of getting shipped right in the middle of a freak subzero Arctic blast) and all your specimens are excellent. The plants I ordered were the most stunning examples of those species I had ever seen. But mostly, I am very happy to deal with a company that is so responsive and helpful. I've emailed with questions about my livestock several times before, and received friendly and accurate responses to every one of them, all within a day or so of sending them. It's really great to deal with a company that treats its costumers as people instead of dollar signs. I look forward to many future orders!

After getting some bad advice from my local aquarist for the treatment of black algae, I used a bleach treatment to dip my plants in. As a result I lost 3/4 of my plants. Arizona Aquatic Gardens came to my rescue. Not only did you guys give me some great advice, you treated me like one of your family. With the addition of some American Flagfish and some other tips (trade secrets!) my 225 gallon tank is again thriving. Hello: I just received my plants today, they are wonderful!!!!!! I had a bad experience with buying plants and fish from local pet stores, my fish developed a fungus of some sort, killed all of them and grew on my plants, driftwood and even the suction cups for the heater. To be safe drained the tank and let it dry out after a thoroughly rinsing off everything. (I also found snails which I removed as soon as spotted). At any rate your plants arrive even after being mailed in much better condition than any plants I purchased locally. I do have one question though, in removing the plant I accidentally broke off the root from part of the Peacock Fern, can I plant the root and have it grow or root the top? Thanks again! Molly

Hi, First, I would like to say that you have been extremely helpful with my struggles to put together this tank. Every interaction I have had with Arizona Gardens has been overwhelmingly positive and even after just this one transaction I feel like a loyal customer. I have rarely received the kind of support and willingness to see me succeed. Thank you so much, you and the people you work with are superstars. Second, my housemate added some plants onto my order so we could share the shipping cost and on the advice of someone at Arizona bought some glosso in addition to the clover he wanted. After some investigation of the glosso he has decided to change all of the plants to glosso, that is, keep the same number of glosso that he already has and for each clover he ordered he would like another glosso instead. The glosso, is, once again, another fabulous recommendation from Arizona Gardens. So I realize that this is another substitution to the order I originally placed last Tuesday and that I am probably that dreaded customer that changes things right up to the last minute (or maybe after the last minute). And for that I am really sorry. We are just beginning to learn about this hobby which, no doubt, contributes to us being such pests. But I hope you can bear with us without too much irritation (which you have never shown, even when I called right in the middle of your shipping session). I recieved my order today an am completely satisfied except for 2 items. One of the Dwarf Lily bulbs was hollow and of no value which I consider minor. The other however was I didn't receive any of the 2 madagascar lace bulbs I ordered. They were on the order and the invoice in the package. I did however get 3 Amazon Sword plants when I only ordered 2. two of the 3 were very large and I suspect this was a sub for the missing bulbs. Is this correct? Please let me know so the next time I order I can specify no subs if this is possible.
